Placeholder. This report summary is placeholder copy written to test layout and tone. It is not published research and makes no factual claims.

This is the planned outline of the flagship report. The report itself is a placeholder; the chapters below describe the questions it will answer, not findings.

The question

A plant changes every shift: people rotate, materials vary, standards drift and routines thin out. A management system that looks only now and then cannot say which of these is happening, or where. The report asks what it would take for the system to assess itself continuously, so that leaders see drift as it happens.

What the report will contain

Each chapter takes one part of the management system (standards, routines, checks and corrections), describes the signals it already produces on a working day, and sets out how those signals could be read every shift. The method chapter explains how a reader can test the approach on their own site.
